WHAT WE DO

Change Fitness provides 1:1 and 2:1 personal training, group fitness classes, individualized online gym or home programs, and an “All Inclusive” Fitness App Membership for those looking to get great workout programs on a budget!

Our goal at Change is to educate the community regarding the importance of exercise, nutrition and a healthy mindset in order to improve all areas of life. CHANGE is about YOU!

“Acknowledging that I needed to make a change was the hardest first step of my Journey. But it’s the commitment that Steph shows that makes it easier to take the next ones.

My time with Steph started a little over a year ago when I was at my heaviest of 266 lbs. I will be the first to confess that it was easier to hide behind my clothing (or to point the finger at the pandemic) than it was to admit that I needed help, that I needed to make a change. I was scared to make that jump to join Steph’s classes. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or do some of the exercises, that I would compare myself to the others, feel defeated and give up. But after my first 6 weeks with Steph I knew that her unique but straightforward approach to training –her method to her madness if you will – was going to work for me. Her focus is never on how to make big, immediate changes that we all know don’t stick. It was always the little things: focusing on one small thing that I easily had the power to change, one week at a time. After time all those little things build up and then became the big changes and turn into a lifestyle.

It’s the way Steph coaches and gives you encouragement that make taking those steps so easy. Its her dedication to the path that you are on; it’s how she checks in consistently and asks: “How do you feel you did this week? What’s one thing you did well? What do you think you could improve of focus on in your upcoming week?”. Steph’s focus is on how to make you better as a whole, and she gives you the tools and encouragement to do so.

Now at a little over a year with Steph and the whole Change Fitness community I can happily say that I am 46.8 lbs lighter, but also feeling more in control of my health and my fitness. I cannot say enough about Steph and the impacts that she makes on all of us at Change Fitness, but if there is one person that reading this and you are on the fence about what your next steps are, jump, because we are all here too, waiting to support and encourage you through your journey!”
