Ok guys, I know summer time can be a tough time to stay motivated (for us Canadians anyways. For you Aussies, I guess winter can still be tough to stay motivated! ) So let’s put some money back in your pockets! Win your next 2 Months for FREE!
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
Tag @changefitness in a post (Insta or FB) saying you’re doing the challenge.
Complete as many of the Bucket List items as you can throughout the month- points system explained below.
The person with the most points at the end of the month wins! (I can track your points for you!).
JULY BUCKET LIST:
Focus on 1 IN workout goal (ie. 10 Push Ups from my feet, 2 Min wall sit or progressing to Jumping Lunges). Tag us to let us know your goal and when you’ve completed it -10 points for completing goal.
Focus on 1 OUT of the gym goal (ie. hiking twice a week, reading one book in the month of July, working on better communication at work or with a partner. If this is more private for you, you don’t have to tag us in a post, I’ll trust you :) - 5 points for completing
Supporting a local tourism business- take a picture and tag us! - 2 points per tag (must be a different business if more than one tag).
Run or walk 10km, 20km, 30km OR 40km- Choose one of these numbers at the beginning of the month as your total number you want to achieve for the month. You can accumulate your km’s throughout the month. It doesn’t have to all be at once. - 1 point per km completed.
Minimum 2 X Workouts/week (MAKE the time) - 1 point per workout but can be more than 2 a week!
Ask a friend who needs some extra support/motivation right now to do a workout with you! -3 points per workout.
Send me an email with your favourite types of workouts (Specific video or HIIT, Strength, Tabata, etc), length of time you prefer to workout (10min, 20min, 30-40 min or a mix!) and whether you like more instruction/explanation of exercises or less. -5 points
Go an entire day without talking about Corona! - 5 points (Max, 1 per person).
