NOVEMBER CHALLENGE! WIN $100 GIFT CARD OF YOUR CHOICE.
Alright guys, Summer is over, we’re already coming into November. I’ve spoken to a few of you who have said you’re struggling to stay motivated in the colder weather, so lets get a challenge up and going. We’re going to keep this one simple but effective. Here’s the deal:
WHEN: Nov 1ST-30TH
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
Tag @changefitness in a post (Insta or FB) saying you’re doing the challenge.
Accumulate points for workouts complete. You MUST tag @changefitnesspt on Instagram or FB for each workout you do so that I know you’ve completed it! (Accountability, folks!) - even if you forget one, tag me and tell me that! I don’t necessarily need a picture of you doing your workout (although it’s encouraged!) if you’re not comfortable with that. It’s more so about the accountability, and to motivate one another as a community.
Keep track of your points on your phone (Notes: put a point in for each workout you do, but again, in order to count the point, you must tag us on Insta or FB so we know you’ve done the workout!).
Send me your points at the end of every week (if it’s easier for you to do at the end of the month, send points by Dec 1). Send to: stephaniedenny@changefitnesspt.com

All Workouts (running, hiking, online, gym, anything!) - 1 Point (Let’s keep this simple and get everyone motivated to participate and stay consistent).

8 WEEK OLYMPIAN CHALLENGE!
(PRIZES FOR GOLD, SILVER AND BRONZE)
Alright, Change Fitness team, Welcome to the Olympics!
Your 8 Week Challenge will be a Bucket list of Olympic events that you will need to check off over the next few weeks (I decided to do a longer challenge this time, as a lot of these items are not as easy as jumping in your workout gear and throwing on a video). That being said, I don’t want people to get overwhelmed with trying to plan a whole day based around a single bucket list item (but hey, if you want to, go for it!). And these don’t have to be intense games. They can be tossing the volleyball around in the back yard with friends or family, or jumping on the trampoline at a friends house. The idea here is that you’re moving your body, choosing healthy summer activities and having a bit of fun! I know we’re currently in summer here in Canada, so AUS peeps, feel free to do indoor swimming, basketball games, etc. (And if there’s a winter sport you want to add in, I’ll accept that due to your current weather conditions!).
This challenge will be open to all in studio and online members. Talk to me if any friends or family want to join in!

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

Complete as many of the Bucket List items as you can throughout the month- points system explained below.
Each game/item on the list is worth one point.
You can accumulate more than one point for each item (Ie. You could do basketball 3 times throughout the month and accumulate 3 points for that) BUT…
The winner is going to be the person who has completed THE MOST EVENTS (not the most POINTS). So, if you have the most points, but they all come from the same sport/event, and someone else has less points, but they completed a more diverse range of sports, the person who has completed the most sports would win. If it comes down to a tie, then the person with the most points will win.
It’s KEY that you tag @changefitnesspt in your posts so that I can give you points!
OLYMPIAN BUCKET LIST:
Basketball Game
Baseball Game
(Beach) Volleyball Game
Boxing
Dive off a boat, dock, pool, etc (I’ll accept a belly flop… but video recordings will be mandatory for points for this one!).
Tennis Game
Wrestling (yes, I’ll count an evening with kids/partner/friend!)
Golf Game, Driving Range or Mini Golf
Go for a longer Run/jog
Do sprints (Has to be at least 5 for 100m each. Take rest time!)
Go (Mountain) Biking
Skateboarding
Water sports (canoe, kayak, sailing)
Surfing
Trampoline Session (hilarious videos required)
Badminton Game
Go for a big swim

Ok guys, I know summer time can be a tough time to stay motivated (for us Canadians anyways. For you Aussies, I guess winter can still be tough to stay motivated! ) So let’s put some money back in your pockets! Win your next 2 Months for FREE!
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

JULY BUCKET LIST:
Focus on 1 IN workout goal (ie. 10 Push Ups from my feet, 2 Min wall sit or progressing to Jumping Lunges). Tag us to let us know your goal and when you’ve completed it -10 points for completing goal.
Focus on 1 OUT of the gym goal (ie. hiking twice a week, reading one book in the month of July, working on better communication at work or with a partner. If this is more private for you, you don’t have to tag us in a post, I’ll trust you :) - 5 points for completing
Supporting a local tourism business- take a picture and tag us! - 2 points per tag (must be a different business if more than one tag).
Run or walk 10km, 20km, 30km OR 40km- Choose one of these numbers at the beginning of the month as your total number you want to achieve for the month. You can accumulate your km’s throughout the month. It doesn’t have to all be at once. - 1 point per km completed.
Minimum 2 X Workouts/week (MAKE the time) - 1 point per workout but can be more than 2 a week!
Ask a friend who needs some extra support/motivation right now to do a workout with you! -3 points per workout.
Send me an email with your favourite types of workouts (Specific video or HIIT, Strength, Tabata, etc), length of time you prefer to workout (10min, 20min, 30-40 min or a mix!) and whether you like more instruction/explanation of exercises or less. -5 points
Go an entire day without talking about Corona! - 5 points (Max, 1 per person).
